Florist Blue Boy Centaurea Flower (Bachelor’s Button/Cornflower)

Beautiful deep blue double and semi-double flowers atop upright plants.  Prefers cool temperatures. Also known as cornflower, garden cornflower, and bachelor’s buttons.  Edible petals can be used to decorate cakes or brighten up salads.
